Facilities include a beautiful, uncrowded arena; six stalls in two shed barns; automatic waterers; a 48-ft run-in shed split across the two large fields; and trails adjacent. A front paddock with run-in shed allows for rotation or overnight guests.

Each horse has full-time access to large grass fields,  They have access to large run in sheds. Owner will be checking in on horses daily.
